Vital Statistics: Newly Extended Hours
Mayor Wilda Diaz is pleased to announce that effective Thursday, July 13th, the Office of Vital Statistics has extended their usual Thursday operating hours to better serve the public. The Office of Vital Statistics, located at the Alexander F. Jankowski Community Center at 1 Olive Street, is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM from Monday-Friday and will now be open from 9:00AM to 8:00PM every Thursday.
The Office of Vital Statistics is tasked with keeping records of all Births, Marriages, Civil Unions, Domestic Partnerships, and Deaths occurring in the City of Perth Amboy. In addition, they make corrections to Vital Records and are responsible for the licensing of food establishments.
