Renewing from Home:
- Go to the Enterprise homepage.
- Click on Log In at the top right of the screen. Enter your library barcode number and PIN. Click the blue "Log In" button.
- Click on the "My Account" link on the top of the page.
- Click on "Checkouts."
- This will take you to a list of the items that you have charged out with due dates.
- Renew selected items: Click in the white box to the left of the title and then click on the blue "Renew" button.
- Renew all items: Click in the white box next to "Select All." Click on the blue "Renew" button.
- Click the blue "Yes" button to confirm the renewal.
- If the item was renewed, the screen will say "Item Renewed". If the item was not renewed, it will say "Failed to Renew". All items may not be renewable. DVDs and books from other libraries are not renewable.
Placing a Hold
Holds can be placed in person at the library, by phone, or online from home using the Library Catalog.
Reserving from Home:
- Go to the Enterprise homepage.
- Click on Log In at the top right of the screen. Enter your library barcode number and PIN. Click the blue "Log In" button.
- Search for the title that you want to reserve. Click on the title for more details about the item.
Click on the "Place Hold" link on the right side of the screen.
- Perth Amboy should be listed as the pickup location. If it is not, select it from the list and click on the blue "Place Hold" button.
- You should see a message that says your name and the title that you have placed on reserve. Click on the blue "OK" link to confirm.
Now, when you review your account, a list of the items you have placed on hold will appear. Any holds left longer than seven days will be removed and sent back to their home library.
