Bidders must be registered with the Division of Revenue, State of New Jersey, for a business registration certificate and Employee Information Report when a contract is awarded.
The City of Perth Amboy Purchasing Division is not responsible for forwarding addendums and clarifications to prospective bidders that do not supply correct contact vendor information.
Vendors are encouraged to register with the City’s E-Procurement Platform at
https://perthamboynj.ionwave.net/Login.aspx
in order to submit responses to procurement opportunities with the City of Perth Amboy.
