What is Code Blue?
Code Blue is activated when temperatures drop to dangerous levels, providing emergency warming centers for residents in need. The City of Perth Amboy, through its Office of Emergency Management, offers shelter to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during extreme cold weather conditions.
Who is Eligible?
The Code Blue warming center is open only to Perth Amboy city residents who need a safe and warm place to stay overnight.

🕗 Hours: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight shelter during Code Blue activation)

Local emergency responders may provide transportation if necessary.
