I am thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you all to join us for a momentous occasion – the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the John Mazurek Basketball Courts! This event, marking the grand opening of the newly renovated courts, will take place on Saturday, May 4th, at 11:00 AM at 500 Valley Place, Stanley P. Rudyk Park.
Not only will this ceremony commemorate the unveiling of the revitalized courts, but it will also serve as a joyous reunion for former players who graced the courts of Perth Amboy High School from 1975 through 2005. It's a time to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the enduring spirit of our community.
We are especially honored to dedicate these courts to John Mazurek, a legendary figure in our basketball program. As the all-time winningest coach, John Mazurek's contributions have left an indelible mark on our city's sporting legacy. Let's come together to honor his achievements and the profound impact he has had on countless athletes and fans alike.
