City of Perth Amboy Event Request Form

The City of Perth Amboy appreciates your interest in using public spaces to host an event. Events that require approval include, but are not limited to: parades, walks, runs, assemblies, flag raisings, weddings, ceremonies, political campaigns, and any gatherings held on City-owned property, whether public or private.

Please use this form to request permission for the use of any City buildings, parks, or grounds. If your event requires a road or street closure, please indicate this on the form.

Advance Notice Requirement:All applications must be submitted at least 45 days before your event date to allow time for review and coordination. All supporting documents such as flyers, agendas, or event programs must be emailed to [email protected] and [email protected].

Public Entertainment Events

Depending on the nature and size of your event, you may also be required to submit a Public Entertainment Application through the Office of the City Clerk. Please review Ordinance No. 343 to determine whether your event qualifies. For further assistance, contact the City Clerk’s Office at (732) 826-0290.

Event Guidelines

  • All events must conclude by 10:00 PM.
  • Amplified sound or music must be turned off one hour before the event ends.
