Handicapped Parking Committee
The Committee shall review all new and existing applications for handicapped parking spaces and shall review all previous approved spaces which are pending for renewal. The Committee shall also establish guidelines to be used in its reviewing process. An express purpose of such guidelines should be the balancing of the needs of a disabled person with the needs of the community as a whole. The Committee shall make recommendations to the Mayor and Council regarding handicapped parking spaces and any other ordinances related.
